When it’s blueberry season, Skillet Blueberry Cobbler is always on the menu. It’s an easy dessert to serve with any meal, special occasion, or even entertaining.
Every spring here in Florida, I always look forward to blueberry picking. We have a couple of really nice u-pick farms close by and in 15 minutes we fill up a couple of buckets with plump, juicy and sweet blueberries just waiting to turn into a cobbler.
